Relationships are hard, but they are part of our core desires hardwired into our souls. We can't avoid them, because they are literally everywhere. Family. Friendships. Romance. Coworkers. The most important one that is one of the first to be overlooked is the relationship we have with ourselves.

The energy that goes into our conversation with ourselves is the fundamental building block for how we move into relationship with others. Do you find that there is a level of respect held for yourself that is replicated into the relationships in your life? It can be stated for all other attributes that go into relationships - honesty, vulnerability, integrity, kindness, grace, accountability - EVERYTHING begins with how we treat ourselves and bring that into our relationships with others.
